🔄 Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you (and your pup!) to be tail-wagging happy with your order. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
🐾 Returns
Because we sell natural, consumable products for pets, we’re unable to accept returns on treats or chews for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, if your non-edible item (such as a toy or accessory) arrives damaged or isn’t what you expected, please get in touch within 14 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right!
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original packaging

🐾 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, we’re so sorry! Please contact us at [insert email/contact form] within 5 days of delivery with a photo and a brief description. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
🐾 Refunds
Once we’ve reviewed your request and approved the refund, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 working days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🐾 Exchanges
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and contacting us about a return (if applicable) for the original item.
